職務内容

光ファイバーコーティング用UV硬化性樹脂の研究開発をお任せいたします。
【具体的には】
研究計画立案、ウレタンオリゴマーの合成・設計、サンプル作製、物性評価、営業同行による顧客提案、学術情報収集、論文投稿、学会発表 等

Main Tasks

You will be in charge of research and development of UV-curable resins for optical fiber coating. [Specifics] Research planning, synthesis and design of urethane oligomers, sample production, physical property evaluation, customer proposals by accompanying sales representatives, academic information collection, paper submission, academic conference presentations, etc.

学歴・職務経験・スキル等

【以下のいずれかの経験必須】
・化学、工学、またはその他の技術分野の修士卒以上
・UV硬化性樹脂、半導体レジスト、光学材料、コーティング材料等の関連分野での製品開発·研究開発の経験が３年以上ある方　（※ポスドクとしての研究経験でも可）
・有機材料の開発経験、有機化学合成の経験がある方
・有機化学、高分子化学、材料科学の基礎知識をお持ちの方

【歓迎】
・関連分野での博士号取得者
・合成、配合設計、サンプル作製、物性評価までの一連の経験をお持ちの方
・ラボスケール以上のポリマー合成と有機材料の配合の経験がある方

Educational background, work experience, skills, etc.

[Any of the following experience is mandatory]

・Master's degree or higher in chemistry, engineering, or other technical fields

・3 years or more experience in product development and research and development in related fields such as UV-curable resins, semiconductor resists, optical materials, coating materials, etc. (※Postdoctoral research experience is acceptable)

・Experience in organic material development and organic chemical synthesis

・Basic knowledge of organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and materials science

[Welcome]

・PhD in related field

・Experience in synthesis, formulation design, sample preparation, and physical property evaluation

・Experience in polymer synthesis and organic material formulation at lab scale or higher

・英語の勉強意欲のある方(入社時の英語力は不問です)
