Role Title: Application Development Lead Analyst
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Analyst who is experienced in Procurement and Finance applications. This role will require direct communication with business customers and partners. To be successful, excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
This role is within the Finance Technology Solutions team and will be supporting our critical enterprise procurement applications. Applications include SAP Ariba, Process Unity, and Icertis - which are leveraged for a vast majority of the company’s indirect spend.
This role will be for a key contributor in system administrator for the various platforms. Primary focus is on managing production support with the potential for some project focused work. This role will focus on troubleshooting issues but is also tasked with working with our business partners to understand scope, engage in enhancement requirement meetings, and then decomposing those requirements to define ‘what’ our assets need to do to accomplish business and program objectives.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Provide top level support to address complex Application Development assignments/projects.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs.
• Candidate will document, test, implement, and provide on-going support for the applications.
• Work closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code using program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
• May code new or modified programs, reuse existing code using program development software alternatives and/or integrated purchased solutions.
• Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Use deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.

Required Experience/ Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Candidate should have functional and technical expertise with cloud software.
• Experience with finance applications such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle iProcurement, or similar application is required.
• Experience with Reltio, Icertis, and/or Process Unity is preferred.
• Candidates with knowledge of Python programming will be preferred but not required.
Experience, Education and Training:
• 5-8 years of experience
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/engineering, or similar majors
