Job Title: Master Data Management (MDM) Developer – IBM Info Sphere MDM & Java Location: Experience Level: 6+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior MDM Developer with expertise in IBM Info Sphere MDM and Java to join our data management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MDM solutions that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of enterprise master data. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement MDM solutions using IBM Info Sphere MDM Advanced Edition Develop and customize MDM services using Java/J2EE technologies. Configure and manage MDM components such as suspect processing, match/merge rules, data stewardship, and workflows. Integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, or ETL tools. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform data profiling, data quality analysis, and master data modeling. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM performance, data quality, and integration. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in IBM MDM development. Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Web Services. Hands-on experience with IBM Info Sphere MDM (v11.x or higher). Experience with MDM Workbench, Virtual MDM, and Physical MDM. Familiarity with data modeling, data quality tools, and data governance frameworks. Experience with SQL, Oracle/DB2, and Unix/Linux scripting. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: IBM MDM Certification. Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, DataStage, or Talend.
