Summary: As an Application Developer, administer Slack for a global organization ensuring operational efficiency • Enforce Slack enterprise policies • Build and deploy Slack-based automation using APIs, bots to enhance team collaboration • Collaborate with internal business units to implement scalable and secure Slack solutions • Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: • 5+ years of experience in enterprise Slack administration • BS degree in a technical field or equivalent related experience • Fluency in Python, JavaScript, etc. with a strong understanding of API development and integration • Strong understanding of API design principles and experience integrating Slack with enterprise applications • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation in collaboration technologies • Experience implementing AI-driven automation in Slack • Familiarity with enterprise IT security and compliance requirements related to collaboration tools • Previous Devops or Software Engineering experience Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Security Architecture (ESA) Fundamentals. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
