Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking the position of Application Developer Sr. (multiple positions) in Charlotte, NC.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and integration testing for AJO Journeys.
- Design, develop, and maintain digital personalization and customer engagement solutions using Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to support company marketing and business requirements.
- Implement and manage A/B , XT and multivariate (MVT) testing programs in Adobe Target, including configuration of audiences and offers.
- Develop and orchestrate multi channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, using customer profile data, event triggers, eligibility conditions, and workflow automation tools.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and test results using Adobe Analytics, generating insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (marketing, product, analytics, engineering, and technology teams) to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable personalization solutions.
- Configure, validate, and maintain segmentation models, targeting strategies, and personalization logic aligned with business rules, customer data, and platform capabilities.
- Support ongoing optimization efforts by monitoring system performance, identifying enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science and 3 years in a Software Developer, or related, occupation.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following:
1. Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise web and desktop applications;
2. Javascript, SQL, and SQL Database;
3. User Acceptance Testing, functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing;
4. Create interactive personalized UI for webpages using A/B, MVT and XT tests;
5. Angular, HTML, HTML5, CSS, and CSS3; and,
6. Design and build frameworks to create web-based applications.
