Job Purpose and Impact

• The Application Developer- ERP job maintains, integrates and implements SAP's S/4 Commercial and Customer Facing software applications within the organization to Cargill's Protein and Salt businesses and functions. With limited supervision, this job performs moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.

Key Accountabilities

• SAP REQUIREMENTS SOLUTIONING: Capture and analysis of business requirements. Research and provide solution alternatives and implement the preferred recommendations.
• SAP APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Sets up and maintains application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
• SAP APPLICATION DEPLOYMENT: Performs, configuration, testing, training and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
• USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs, support User Acceptance Testing and Super User training.
• APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Works with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience in multiple areas of SAP S/4 Commercial applications (Order Management, Invoicing, Trade Promotion Management, Pricing, Contract Management etc.). The expected salary for this position is $76,000 - $98,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
