About the Role
We're looking for an Application & Data Integration Developer to help keep our data moving reliably across the business. You'll design and support the pipelines, integrations, and data models that connect our enterprise applications — working hands-on with Python or Perl, APIs, SQL, Snowflake, and ETL processes. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between our enterprise applications and systems
- Develop integration solutions using Python, Perl, REST APIs, web services, and related technologies
- Build and optimize data integrations using SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake
- Create and maintain Snowflake database objects, data models, and datasets that power our business applications, reporting, and analytics
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across integrations, databases, and data pipelines to keep systems running smoothly
- Support reporting and analytics work using tools like TIBCO Spotfire
- Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and application owners to gather requirements and deliver practical technical solutions
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation for integrations, data flows, database structures, and support processes
- Follow our established development, testing, security, change management, and IT governance standards
- Provide Level 1 Celexus support during U.S. business hours
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in application integration, software development, data integration, or database development
- Programming experience with Python and/or Perl
- Experience working with APIs and integration technologies
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or similar database platforms
- Experience building and maintaining Snowflake databases and data structures
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Rivery)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and relational database concepts
- Ability to translate technical requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as TIBCO Spotfire
- Experience with VBA and Microsoft Office automation
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management practices
- Experience with scheduling, automation, monitoring, and orchestration tools
- Snowflake certification or training is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to create reliable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions
Work Schedule & Location
This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in the Central or Eastern Time Zones. Standard U.S. business hours coverage is required to support Level 1 Celexus support needs.
