What You’ll Bring To The Team:

We are seeking a dynamic Application Consultant to facilitate the successful implementation of our products and ensure our clients achieve optimal value.The Application Consultant (AC) works directly with customers during implementation in order to understand the customer’s business operations so that they can provide guidance and best practice solutions that maximize the value of Florence technologies. Your responsibilities will include leading client interactions, managing follow-up communications, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and conducting engaging product demonstrations. You will draw on broad clinical trial and leadership expertise in order to successfully integrate our solutions within the customer’s landscape. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will:
- Work as part of an Implementation project team to plan, test, and execute all tasks of a project plan
- Meet and coordinate with other project team members regularly to ensure a smooth experience for the customer
- Provide consultative services to clinical trial management teams to assist with the implementation of Florence solutions
- Determine how to optimize the application for the customer team and provide best practice recommendations regarding configurations and workflows
- Conduct workflow reviews (including system workflow and department process workflow)
- Guide customers through necessary validation activities
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation related to client interactions, implementation plans, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability
- Collaborate with other teams, including Product Development, Support, and Sales, to ensure a seamless implementation experience and to address any technical issues that may arise
- Assist in training clients on product features, best practices, and workflows to maximize their success and adoption of our solutions
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to enhance our product offerings and implementation processes
An Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years client-facing experience preferably in the SaaS or the clinical trials sectors
- Applicable experience in clinical trials including trends/developments
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills; oral presentation and written documentation
- Ability to understand and present technical information and influence process change at assigned account
- Professional and able to work with all aspects of the organization
- Excellent time-management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Experience in conducting end-user training
- Some travel may be required
We will be extra excited if you have:
- Work experience in an academic hospital setting is strongly preferred
- IT vendor experience on an implementation team is a plus
