Stolt Tankers, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist in transporting bulk liquids - chemicals, clean petroleum products, vegetable oils, biofuels, and oleochemicals. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with application consultants to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues ranging from simple to complex, as reported by end users.
- Develop and maintain First-Time Fix documentation and knowledge articles.
- Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and other operational activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
- Results-oriented, with strong ethics and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience with Maritime ERP systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SQL, .NET, and APIs is preferred.
