I’m Krishnan Ragavendran, Head of Customer Information Management, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on creating a robust customer master system that enables customer-centric initiatives across Telia’s core commerce platforms.
What you’ll do:
You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our Party Information Management platform, collaborating across teams, and ensuring high standards of performance, security, and maintainability. You will:
Design and guide solutions for customer information management and data aggregation from internal systems and external registries.
Architect and oversee the development of scalable backend services using Java Spring.
Define and implement micro services architecture and API integration strategies using TMForum specs.
Lead database design and optimisation using Hibernate and PostgreSQL.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to development teams.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards throughout the software lifecycle.
What will help you thrive in this role:
This role is a great fit for a collaborative person with strong technical expertise who can clearly communicate their knowledge and confidently present their solutions and ideas to others. You also need:
Proven experience in architecting/developing enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Framework and micro services.
Strong proficiency in Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Demonstrated leadership and ownership in delivering high-impact solutions.
Experience working with customer data platforms, master data management, or registry-based data integration and Swedish language knowledge is a plus.
