Description:
- Supports end users of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including but not limited to Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Forcura/Mosai, and all EHR supported applications.
- Able to provide back office and field support remotely and in-person as needed.
- Able to travel if needed.
- Able to instruct use of EHR to help end users provide patient care.
- Able to develop education materials such as workflow and tips.
- Able to troubleshoot issues and act as a liaison between the end user and the external and internal EHR support team.
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to interact with all levels of management.
- Able to assist with on-call duties as assigned.

Skills Required
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
- Experience supporting Forcura and Mosai
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5+) years of related experience
- Home Health or Hospice experience
- Ability to provide back office and field support remotely and in-person
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to assist with on-call duties as assigned
