The Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
Responsibilities Responsibilities- Provide support and remediation across Business Applications.
- Work with Business Applications teams and system owners’ managers to ideate software solutions.
- Design client-side and server-side architecture.
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
- Write effective APIs.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
- Create security and data protection settings.
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
- Write technical documentation.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or Services.
- Manage customers’ expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support with the Vendors.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- Participate and collaborate in requirement analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments, as well as planning.
- Work with the team across multiple geographies.
- Understand the responsibilities of Novotech as a service provider in the pharmaceutical industry and ensure all communications with external parties present a positive professional image of the company.
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
- 3 years’ experience as a Developer in one of the Enterprise Applications in use at Novotech, with role-specific certifications.
- Chinese or Korean speaking would be a significant advantage.
- Able to participate meaningfully across Australia, China, and Indian time zones.
- 3+ years of experience with some combination of Salesforce, Financial Force, Oracle Fusion, Veeva, Concur, or SABA in a software developer role.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with common stacks.
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
