The Role

Buscamos un Desarrollador Appian con al menos 3 años de experiencia para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro del sector bancario, enfocado en el área de Payments. La persona seleccionada participará en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones basadas en Appian, trabajando en entornos complejos y de alta exigencia.

Responsabilidades principales

• Desarrollo de aplicaciones sobre la plataforma Appian (interfaces, procesos, reglas, integraciones)

• Implementación y optimización de soluciones basadas en Business Process Management (BPM)

• Participación en el análisis técnico y diseño de soluciones

• Integración con sistemas externos mediante APIs y servicios web

• Resolución de incidencias y mejora continua de aplicaciones existentes

• Colaboración con equipos funcionales, técnicos y de arquitectura

• Aplicación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo y estándares Appian

Who You Are

Requisitos

• +3 años de experiencia trabajando con Appian

• Experiencia sólida en desarrollo low-code sobre Appian (SAIL, process models, integrations)

• Conocimientos en BPM y modelado de procesos

• Experiencia en integraciones (REST/SOAP, bases de datos, sistemas legacy)

• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo en entornos ágiles

Valorable

• Experiencia en sector bancario o financiero (especialmente Payments)

• Certificaciones oficiales Appian

• Conocimientos en metodologías Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experiencia en proyectos de alta criticidad o gran volumen
