Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement business process applications using Appian BPM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor team members on Appian best practices and development techniques.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with ASP.Net, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2022 (or 2016+).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- 3–5 years of experience in Appian development.
- 5+ years of overall software development experience.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support junior developers on the team.
