Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play. You will:

  • Execute R&D Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to support R&D-driven products, ensuring alignment with target audience and product goals.
  • Drive User Acquisition & Engagement: Focus on acquiring and engaging users through creative marketing strategies, with a focus on growth and measurable results.
  • Leverage Non-Standard Marketing Tactics: Use various marketing techniques, such as influencer partnerships, viral ads, and non-traditional media placements, to drive product visibility and user growth.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Continuously track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with R&D Team: Work closely with the R&D team to ensure marketing efforts align with product objectives and contribute to the successful launch and growth of new initiatives.
  • Adapt & Innovate: Quickly adapt marketing strategies based on performance data, market trends, and shifting priorities, ensuring campaigns remain effective and agile.

From you:

  • Proven Marketing Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including the execution of digital campaigns and non-standard marketing tactics (e.g., influencers, viral ads, unique media placements), with a focus on product-driven growth.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: Strong ability to drive user acquisition and engagement through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience with User Acquisition: Demonstrated ability to attract, engage, and retain users through targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing efforts based on data.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box, developing non-standard marketing strategies that differentiate the product in the market.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate marketing strategies and campaign results clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Independent Work & Time Management: Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining focus on larger business goals.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in Dating or Social Networks: Previous experience in marketing within the dating or social networking industries, with an understanding of the unique challenges and strategies for user engagement in these sectors.
  • Experience in LATAM: Familiarity with marketing strategies and user behavior in the LATAM (Latin America) region, and the ability to adapt campaigns to this diverse market.
