You will work on a new R&D product that we are currently researching, shaping, and preparing for scaling as part of appflame’s next innovation direction.

This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, where the team experiments, tests ideas, and builds the product’s future from the ground up — combining creativity, speed, and real impact.

You will:

• Create high quality video and static creatives for marketing purposes in R&D
• Take part in brainstorming sessions
• Create motion assets and templates for the creatives
• Search for new visual ideas for creatives and implement them

We’ll have a match if you:

• 2+ Experience as a Motion Designer
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography and color
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Strong knowledge in generating AI footage
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Creative thinking
• Self-efficient
• Attentive to details

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working as Graphic Designer is a huge plus
• Experience in preparing design materials for printing
• Experience in creating screens for app store and google play
• Experience in frame-by-frame animation
• Basic marketing knowledge
• Basic knowledge of product design
