Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join the appellate team in our Austin office handling challenging and precedent-setting appeals across a variety of subject areas. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of appellate experience, including a court clerkship, and a strong interest in appellate work. Clerkship or internship experience with a state or federal court of appeals is preferred. Candidates should possess strong legal research, analysis, and oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and be admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar.
