As an Accessories & Apparel team member, the Inventory Analyst will forecast demand for our cutting-edge products. They will monitor and maintain stock levels in order to create the ideal product assortment on our selling platforms. They will develop detail oriented inventory plans, projections, and analysis to support and further our growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with Planner to utilize historical data, market trends, and customer insights to forecast demand for new products across different categories
  • Maintain inventory planning models to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages and excess inventory
  • Analyze inventory sell through, aging stock, and slow-moving items to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist Planner on inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure products are available at the right time and in the right quantities
  • Identify inventory gaps and opportunities within our international marketplaces
  • Recap general A&A selling, product launches and promotional periods to strategically inform Buyer and Product Marketing on future launch planning
  • Manage relationships with 3PL’s on new products, inbound tracking, and sales forecasts 
  • Allocate inventory from the suppliers to 3PL’s based on historical selling & future forecasts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Up to 1 year of experience in planning, operations, supply chain, and/or logistics demonstrated through applicable course-work, internship and/or a co-op experience
  • Has a problem solver mindset and thrives in ambiguity
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align & achieve a common goal
  • Data-driven with superb attention to detail
  • Loves getting into the weeds and being a hands-on problem solver
  • Strong time management skills - executes with pace and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Basic understanding of retail math (sell through, weeks on hand, etc)
