Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Publisher Operations & Strategy Team Lead to lead our in-app team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, particularly from the sell-side (SSP) perspective. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with app developers and publishers. This role requires a strategic leader who can not only meet but exceed aggressive revenue targets while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and business development professionals focused on in-app monetization.
    • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
  • Revenue Growth and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand revenue from existing partners.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key partnerships with top-tier publishers
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as a senior point of contact for key publisher relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Analyse performance data to provide strategic recommendations to publishers, helping them optimize their monetization strategies
  • Market Expertise:
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the mobile ad tech landscape, including market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., header bidding, programmatic direct).
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

What You’ll bring?

    • 4+ years of experience in Ad- Tech (SSP, DSP, Ad Network, or similar). 
    • At least 1-2 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, data-driven enviorment.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale publisher accounts and significant media volumes. 
    • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, header bidding, and publisher monetizatoin. 
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in  Excel, BI tools, and data-based decision-making.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with publishers and the ability to create long-term strategic growth plans with key partners.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
