- Working model – 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
Role Overview:
The purpose of this job is to support with driving the size? Group app strategy across both IOS and Android. Supporting across all digital channels to produce app strategies to implement & maintain best practice across all of our owned and third party tools.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own the app marketing strategy and engage the broader organisation to drive it forward.
- Implementation of our strategy for driving app downloads, retention, and loyalty across all channels including mobile and desktop.
- Working with our internal channel and 3rd Party Supplier teams on implementing best practice.
- Support the team to achieve trading targets across our apps to ensure we deliver the necessary revenue & sessions at the right cost by increasing direct traffic via apps.
- Support the content team to ensure our app content is visually engaging and optimised for performance. Working with Developers and UX teams to challenge and develop content further.
- Support work with existing and new third-party partners to ensure the app journey from external sources is maximised by engaging with the partners directly.
- Completing competitor reviews using internal and third-party tools to ensure we are competitive in the app market and utilising best practice.
- Support team to deliver results against app specific KPIs.
- Support work with our conversion and UX teams on new innovations & ensuring the journey is as smooth as possible.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- 2+ years Experience of working on mobile or app previously.
- Knowledge of internal app analytics tools and MMPs (Firebase, AppsFlyer etc.).
- Knowledge of both ecommerce and app related KPIs (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS etc.).
- Interest in app specific technologies and an interest in innovations in these areas (SDKs, deep linking, App/Universal Links, push notifications etc.).
- Basic understanding of app marketing via paid channels (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing etc.) and best practice.
- Knowledge and experience of commercial online marketing within ecommerce retailing within the fashion sector is also an advantage.
- Experience of executing marketing campaign strategies, ideally within a retail setting.
- Relevant degree within marketing/ecommerce is desirable.
