Job DescriptionIf you are looking for a collaborative, dynamic, physician-led practice environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient centered care, then Summit Health is the place to be! We are currently seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to work collaboratively with our Endocrinology Department.
Requirements include:
Current New York State APN/ PA License
Primary Care or Endocrinology experience required

Compensation Range: $118,000 - $135,000
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
