- Support the MEP Project Manager with project coordination, documentation, meeting preparation, and daily administrative tasks.
- Attend project meetings, capture accurate meeting minutes, and prepare clear third-person meeting summaries documenting discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and other project management tools while ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Utilize project management software and other technology platforms to support project execution, quickly learning new systems and processes as required.
- Prioritize safety in all project activities while supporting the project team through training, field coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, or an Assistant Project Manager role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and project management tools.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, objective meeting minutes using third-person commentary.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop within a mission-critical data center environment under the guidance of senior project leadership.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety as the highest priority on all project activities.
- Documenting and updating site related information as well as using technology daily.
- Entry level - 1+ year of experience.
- Safety minded, eager to learn, willing to be heavily admin focused.
- Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise, vibrations, and odors.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots, is required.
- Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.
