As the APJ Partnerships lead, you’ll build and own our international partner ecosystem, as well as drive the partner motions and go-to-market with our regional field teams. On the partner ecosystem side, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling our international services partner ecosystem. At the same time, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with our local field teams to generate and close new business from, with and through our System Integrator (SI) and Cloud partners. This is an opportunity to be an early hire on an elite team, build meaningful relationships, and create a lasting impact on a generational, innovative company. This role will be a force multiplier for our APJ business, driving new business opportunities from our existing partners, as well as scaling the international partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do- Grow our APJ system integrator (SI) ecosystem with a focus on sourcing net new business
- Maximize pipeline generation from our existing SI partners (primary) and Cloud partners
- Be a trusted advisor and force multiplier for our APJ field teams, working hand-in-hand to execute our partner GTM and motions
- Develop and execute creative business development plays to drive net new business and consumption acceleration
- Partner with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to accelerate SI enablement and project success
- Operate and execute across business development, direct selling, partner management, and field engagement
- Evolve our Partner Program to attract top-tier partners, while ensuring their success through optimal onboarding, enablement and GTM programs
- Serve as the primary advocate for your partners, working closely with our internal teams to drive closed/won partner projects

Skills Required
- Experience building and scaling system integrator (SI) ecosystems in APJ or international markets
- Proven track record generating pipeline and closing business via SI and cloud partners
- Ability to operate across business development, direct selling, partner management, and field engagement
- Experience developing and executing partner go-to-market motions and enablement programs
- Experience working closely with engineering or forward deployed engineers (FDEs) to enable partner success
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills with regional field teams
