Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Develop and execute automated API tests using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
Perform database testing to validate data integrity, stored procedures, and backend workflows using SQL queries.
Identify, record, and thoroughly document defects, and track bugs through resolution.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile development cycles.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium with Java in a Cucumber BDD framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and STLC
Ability to create Test planning and estimate the work
Strong experience with RESTful API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent.
Good understanding of database concepts and ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
5 to 7 years of overall experience in QA with basic knolwedge on test automation using Selenium with Java.
Knowledge in BDD tools like Cucumber, and writing Gherkin syntax test scenarios.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Knowledge on performance testing.

B.E/B.Tech/MCA
Experience :
4-7 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
4 to 7 years of overall experience in QA with basic knolwedge on test automation using Selenium with Java.
Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and STLC
