API Integration Specialist

The main function of the API specialist is to ensure API integrated marketplace sellers and platform partners are onboarded to the Best Buy platform as efficiently and effectively as possible, while ensuring that they are fully supported for any other operational issues they face. Additional responsibilities will be around supporting the marketplace team as a technical SME of our platform.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:
Responsible for working with platform partners and large key accounts that wish to integrate their systems with Best Buy platform via API.
Work with the business teams to identify and onboard platform partners who contribute to the overall business bottom-line.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external business as well as technical teams to find solutions to systematic and process issues.
Write SOPs on how to trouble shoot issues and document processes and solutions created.
Creating IT tickets, bugs in JIRA, and following up with teams on ETA’s and QA of fixes.
Trouble-shooting tech and process bottlenecks as well as suggest continuous improvement opportunities.
What we need:
2-4 years of experience Business/ Technical Analyst.
Market research and problem-solving skills.
Basic API knowledge operational experience.
Basic SQL querying skills.
Basic Power BI or other reporting software experience.
Intermediate Excel, ERP and PIM systems.

Annualized base pay range
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
