Get to Know the Team
The Logistics ID team is a fast-growing team responsible for scaling up the Logistics vertical business in Grab Indonesia. We identify and meet the needs of customers, driver partners and partners within the Logistic landscape. We are made up of go-getters who create strategies and bring them to live by working collaboratively across multiple partners. Get to Know the Role
You will be to support and succeed GrabExpress Team to grow up API Integration adoption in ID. In particular, the role will handle the technical aspects of the integration, in which you have to master the API documentation and the API integration process to provide help, declutter bottleneck and support the overall business throughout the integration process.
Reporting to the manager, you will be working onsite in our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Perform multiple technical supports (i.e. technical issue resolution, system configuration) to our API Partners throughout the API Integration process and BAU
- Perform escalation to our regional product teams and engineers in case of any issues/errors that occur throughout the integration process and BAU
- Support Partners at various stages of the API Integration process this includes development, staging testing, pilot rollout etc.
- Provide analytical support to evaluate issue patterns and provide API Integration insights for GrabExpress
- Support various stakeholders to configure GrabExpress service types across Indonesia
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor degree preferably in Information Technology, Information System, Analytics, Business Management, or Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in Tech Startup Industry/Tech Consulting
- Experience in API Integration Projects
- Experience using Postman,
- Project management skills
- Experience and knowledge in both technical and business ops language
- Language proficiency in English and Bahasa will be preferred.
