(APC) お客さまサポートセンター オペレーションマネージャー

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• AIGパートナーズ（株）お客さまサポートセンターにおける各種企画の立案や、オペレーション構築を行い、センターの全般的な適正な業務運営サポートを行うことで、お客さま満足度の向上と業務品質の改善を図る。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

　責任ビジネス分野における次の職務を担う

• 新規オペレーション構築、取扱商品・保険会社の拡大等の企画
• 営業部支店対応、および必要に応じ関連部門等との折衝
• お客さま本位の業務運営に基づいた自律的 業務品質改善PDCAに資する業務
• コンプライアンス遵守と、正確性・応対品質・効率のさらなる向上に向けた改善と実行
• お客さまからの不満足および感謝の表明に 関する業務
• 事故処理、災害対策に関する業務
• 日常処理業務においての進捗確認とKPI管理
• センター長からのエスカレーション対応、トラブル・クレーム対応
• センター所属社員の人材育成計画の立案、研修や育成に係る対応
• 統括部長から委譲された業務、指示に基づく業務の遂行　　等

　業務経験

• 保険会社、もしくは保険代理店での勤務経験が1年以上ある
• 事務処理、電話対応経験を担ったことがあると望ましい
• 問題解決のために、スピード、周囲への配慮、知識を持つ
• ストレスに冷静さを失うことなく、落ち着いて対処する
• 長期にわたり効果的な関係を築き、維持することができる
• 組織の目指すべき方向に導くリーダーシップを発揮することができる

※勤務地は東京もしくは富山を予定
