The Role

The Strategy & Capacity Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic alignment and operational efficiency of the Facilities Operations department. This role requires a proactive and analytical individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive bid support by preparing and reviewing tender documents, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Support business growth initiatives through market analysis, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Manage demand by forecasting and planning resource requirements in line with service delivery goals.
  • Oversee capacity management to ensure optimal utilization of resources and facilities.
  • Offer project management (PM) support as needed, assisting with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Act as an interface for data center (DC) strategy, aligning operational activities with the broader organizational strategy.
  • Coordinate strategy business alignment, ensuring that operational plans are in sync with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage and safeguard the 3-year plan/CTO Management & Plan, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to meet long-term goals.
  • Coordinate delivery account activities, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations management, strategy, or a related role required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Fluent in financial reporting basics
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual and creative thinking aptitude
  • Strong organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Ability to manage a multi-stakeholder process
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and lead a matrixed team across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to independently develop initiatives
  • Program orientation, blending strategic thinking and detailed tactical planning

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Real Estate Portfolio Management experience a plus.
  • Data Center Portfolio Management experience a plus.

Japanese Language - Business Level or above

English Language - Business Level or above
