- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Asian offices, including Hong Kong, China, Japan, South Korea, etc.—from posting job ads and sourcing talent to interviewing and making offers.
- Partner with hiring managers across offices to understand hiring plans, selection criteria, and identify the best-fit candidates for each team.
- Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with qualified candidates.
- Maintain a robust candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct new hire orientation and support their onboarding journey.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of new hires’ information in the Workday system.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment projects across Asia.
- Organize and run local office events, such as employee outings and CSR activities.
- Provide support for HR and employer branding projects as needed.
