About the Team

As part of a fast paced, and collaborative team, your role will encompass Revenue GTM planning for this year and next, growth strategy, sales operations, and data analysis. You will work with revenue leadership and cross-functional team members to provide a 360° view of the business and drive executive level recommendations that directly impact an already industry-leading SaaS organization. As a backbone of the business, Revenue Operations plays a crucial role in an organization experiencing hyper growth like Workday, operating as strategic advisors and delivering key insights based on best practices and operational excellence.

About the Role

As an APAC Revenue Operations Director, you will report into the Senior Director, APAC Revenue Operations and jointly drive revenue growth across the region, connecting high-level executive vision with daily sales execution.  You will use data to drive insights, identify opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations.  This role is cross-functional in nature and requires the ability to collaborate across all teams in the selling cycle including Marketing, Partners, Sales Development, Solution Consulting, Value Management and Services.

What will you do:

  • Lead the current year and next year revenue planning process, including financial modeling, headcount planning, and quota setting with a focus on driving revenue growth

  • Prepare executive presentations that synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership meetings, and business reviews

  • Analyze addressable market to identify white space opportunities and guide expansion into new verticals or geographies

  • Build and maintain sophisticated productivity models and ensure sales capacity aligns with revenue targets

  • Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets

About You

  • Successful track record at creating business application software and SaaS vendor go to market strategies

  • Expert at storytelling & building professional executive presentations with clear narratives and insights

  • Mastery of Google Sheets & Google Slides with extensive financial modeling experience

  • Highly evolved strategy to execution mindset with a high degree of emotional intelligence and executive presence

  • Consultative approach with strong collaboration skills and partnership mindset

  • 10+ years experience in Sales / Revenue Operations or Strategy within the SaaS space
