Job Description:

FormFactor is seeking an APAC Regional Marketing Lead to establish in-region ownership of market narrative, customer insight, and competitive positioning across Asia Pacific.

This role is a strategic control point responsible for ensuring FormFactor is consistently understood, differentiated, and trusted in markets where many competitors are locally embedded and actively shaping customer perception.

The position is based in Taiwan and operates as the primary link between Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Business Units to translate global strategy into regionally relevant execution and insight.

Key Responsibilities1. Regional Narrative & Social Channel Ownership
  • Own and execute FormFactor’s presence across APAC-relevant social platforms, including:
    • LINE Official Accounts
    • WeChat Official Accounts
    • Regional LinkedIn
    • Local semiconductor communities
  • Establish consistent, always-on content cadence tailored to regional consumption patterns
  • Adapt messaging format, tone, and timing for APAC audiences
2. Localization of Global Marketing ContentTranslate global campaigns and messaging into APAC-relevant narratives
  • Ensure cultural, linguistic, and commercial alignment with regional buyers
  • Reduce time from global content release → APAC activation
  • Minimize rework required by Sales and Business Units
3. Customer Experience (CX) & Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Integration
  • Act as in-region partner for customer insights and feedback loops
  • Convert CSAT/NPS insights and field feedback into:
    • Customer stories
    • Proof points
    • Market-facing content
  • Identify recurring customer themes and elevate insights to Corporate Marketing and leadership
4. Competitive Positioning & Market Intelligence
  • Track regional competitors (e.g., APAC-based probe card and test players)
  • Monitor local narratives around:
    • Capacity
    • Reliability
    • Technology leadership
  • Deliver clear, timely competitive positioning guidance to Sales and Business Units
  • Develop localized messaging that reinforces FormFactor’s differentiation
5. Event Amplification & Content Reuse (Secondary Responsibility)
  • Support APAC events as content and narrative opportunities, not logistics
  • Drive:
    • Pre-event awareness
    • Real-time amplification
    • Post-event content reuse
  • Ensure events contribute to ongoing narrative control
🔹 Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in:
    • Semiconductor
    • Electronics
    • Technical/industrial sectors
  • Strong experience with:
    • Digital and social media marketing in APAC
    • Content localization
    • Regional campaign execution
  • Familiarity with APAC platforms (LINE, WeChat, regional ecosystems)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with:
    • Sales
    • Product Marketing
    • Global teams
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and insight-driven marketing
  • Fluent in English + Mandarin preferred

Skills:

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work | Required

Skills Required

  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in semiconductor or electronics
  • Strong experience with digital and social media marketing in APAC
  • Familiarity with APAC platforms like LINE and WeChat
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and insight-driven marketing
