Role Scopes

  • Lead the APAC P&SP digital and business transformation agenda to accelerate Dow's Transform to Outperform (TtO) objectives.
  • Drive profitable growth, productivity, and customer value by simplifying processes, enabling data-driven decisions, scaling digital commerce, automation, and AI, and embedding new ways of working across the organization.
  • The role is accountable for transforming how work gets done, improving efficiency, reducing complexity, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the APAC digital transformation roadmap and governance, aligned with Dow's TtO priorities and PSP business strategy.
  • Lead business process simplification, standardization, automation, and AI enablement to improve productivity, reduce complexity, accelerate decision-making, execution speed, and organizational agility
  • Identify and scale high-impact digital initiatives that deliver measurable growth, cost productivity, working capital improvement, and operational efficiency
  • Drive adoption of digital commerce, CRM, analytics, automation, and AI solutions to improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and service efficiency
  • Elevate commercial capabilities across the region by fostering continuous learning, adapting global and external best practices to local market needs, and embedding new skills and ways of working.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes: Measure and communicate business value realization and continuously improve digital investment effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation or commercial excellence initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience in digital commerce, CRM, customer experience, data analytics, automation, and AI.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business-case development, portfolio management, and change leadership capabilities.Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive execution across multiple countries and cultures.Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent English; additional APAC languages and regional experience are advantageous.
