Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager – Marketplace & AI (APAC) will define and communicate SEEK’s marketplace innovation story - how our connected products, platform, and AI create value for customers and reinforce SEEK’s market leadership.

Acting as the voice that connects product vision to market impact, you’ll transform complex, technical concepts into clear and inspiring narratives that build internal alignment and external excitement. You’ll shape how we tell SEEK’s AI and product stories across markets - leading positioning, storytelling, and communication that make SEEK’s innovation tangible, differentiated, and world‑class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation Narrative: Own and evolve SEEK’s innovation story - connecting our product roadmap, platform, and AI vision under a unified narrative that builds anticipation and belief.
  • AI Storytelling: Define how AI comes to life across SEEK’s products, proving our leadership through credible, human‑centred examples of value and impact.
  • Product Communications: Deliver world‑class storytelling and creative executions that bring SEEK’s product innovation to life across all external channels.
  • Go‑to‑Market Alignment: Partner with GTM and Enablement teams to equip frontline teams with clear stories, visuals, and proof points to confidently communicate what’s new and why it matters.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Connect the dots and drive alignment across Product, Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Comms, Sales, and Investor Relations to ensure one integrated message to market.
  • Product Marketing Operations: Be the custodian of SEEK’s product marketing frameworks and processes - including the Product Marketing Roadmap, messaging frameworks, proof point repository, video strategy, and our APAC sales enablement platform.

The Team

The APAC Product Marketing team drives the strategy, storytelling, and execution that connect SEEK’s products to customer value. The team shapes how SEEK’s solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted across our markets. You’ll be part of an 11‑person team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product marketing, brand, or technology communications, ideally within SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex and AI‑driven concepts into clear, customer‑centric stories.
  • Strong narrative and storytelling capability–able to craft cohesive product and innovation narratives that reinforce brand positioning.
  • Skilled in go‑to‑market planning and cross‑functional alignment across Product, Marketing, and Communications.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and buyer needs; connects product strategy to commercial outcomes.
  • High bar for creative quality across all product communication materials.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and driving clarity across diverse teams.
  • Curious, collaborative, and energised by shaping how innovation comes to life in market.
