What we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced APAC Partner Support Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. The APAC Partner Support Coordinator is pivotal to the success of our Distribution, Vendor and Altitude reseller partners across APAC. As a 100% channel-led business, it is critical for SOTI to ensure that we recruit, onboard and support a high-performing ecosystem of partners across a wide range of industry verticals and use cases. This is a hybrid role that also supports the renewals function across APAC. Its goal is to ensure customers continue to use SOTI products by renewing and growing their existing license investment while also considering expansion via SOTI’s New Product Initiatives (NPIs).

What you’ll do:

Internal

  • Maintain excellent relationships with key internal stakeholders to support partner operations.

  • Research, recommend, design and create improved processes and technology to enhance the partner experience.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts to ensure partners establish and meet their assigned key performance indicators and business objectives.

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the APAC sales team to identify potential new partners and grow the SOTI channel ecosystem into new markets, verticals, and use cases.

  • Plan and execute partner recruitment marketing activities in conjunction with the APAC marketing team.

  • Manage the partner onboarding process, including collecting partner profile information, issuing contracts & partner portal account creation.

  • Manage and report on the status of the new partner pipeline using SFDC.

Partner Enablement

  • Identify the key metrics of success for a partner and build a reporting mechanism to show the partner’s progress, such as onboarding status. academy training completions, number of opportunities identified, sales revenue

  • Ensure Partners have access to and are using all available resources to succeed:

  • SOTI Academy, NFR demo tenants, Partner Portal, SOTI Partner Training events

  • Achieve and maintain the desired partner certification/competency level in each partner

Partner Management

  • In conjunction with the AM team, create account plans and jointly run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to design strategies for incremental business growth.

  • Enable greater forecasting accuracy through alignment with the partners.

Partner Sales & Renewals

  • Collaborate with APAC Renewals Team lead as key backup to this role across the region.

  • Drive renewal retention through proactive planning and liaising with partners in advance of renewal dates.

  • Achieve targets for profitable sales volume in assigned partner accounts

  • Identify and grow opportunities within the Partner’s territory and collaborate with the Partner and the SOTI sales teams to enable growth attainment

  • Identify opportunities in partner accounts to expand SOTI’s product portfolio with New Product Initiatives (NPI) or license growth within existing products

Experience you'll bring:

  • 3+ years experience in working directly with partners and customers

  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends

  • Proven success in developing and managing partner relationships and driving ongoing revenue results

  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment
