Job Description:
This position plays a critical role in the Value Chain Operations organization by leading key activities related to: operations performance and its impact in mid and long-term on the business; appropriate allocation and utilization of capital, and excellence in planning.

What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Develop and implement the regional supply strategy taking into account the optimal sourcing matrix from regional sites and global RC/PN network for both dry and wet.
2. Ensure FAB/OGSM delivery with on-going performance tracking and improvement, aligned with global standards.
3. Thought partner for regional VP to shape the regional supply strategies and priorities
4. Translate the APAC supply strategy into CAB activities in support of the strategy with a 10 years horizon and manages the 3 years rolling CAB process and the spend profile for the 4 sites in the APAC region.
5. Responsible to write up of Large minors, Segment & Corporte Major Projects and coordinate the approval processes for all projects.
6. Supporting the development of site master plans across the network to build the CAB 3-5 years road map
7. Lead End-to-End digital transformation agenda: digital is playing a more and more important role in how we improve manufacturing operation efficiency, investment effectiveness, and E2E integration.
8. With the support of the regional champion, lead the deployment of Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) Program across the 4 sites in Royal Canin APAC region.
9. Develop the APAC IE/CI organization and competences in the 4 sites in synchronisation with other Regions and Global Royal Canin IE team
10. Own the operational metrics and reporting from the sites and regional to global Royal Canin and Pet Care segment for periodic/yearly reporting and benchmarks
11. Open eye on the industry trend to engage , catalyst for driving the change/new ideas among the regional VCO LT.
12. Paticipate the APAC regional (Technical leadership team) TLT work-streams including the Do-It-Best program to drive PCCs and LCCs across the entire network. Work closely with commercial to ensure COGS improvement.
13. Drive the Plant OD archtype implementation with site directors
