Summary Job Description
The APAC HR Services Hub Associate will be responsible for delivering a variety of HR transactional services to employees, managers and the HR community across APAC region. Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries and requests through HR ServiceNow, you will ensure the end-to-end employee lifecycle is supported in an efficient, effective, and consistent manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Resolve enquiries and process operational requests within service level agreement, for the areas of talent acquisition (including interview scheduling), onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits administration, time & labor, absence, and overall employee data management, in Oracle HCM and HR ServiceNow
Adhere to established HR processes and procedures to ensure services are delivered in an accurate and consistent manner
Escalate complex issues to manager or a designated subject matter expert timely and appropriately
Leverage Oracle HCM and HR ServiceNow capabilities to drive Employee/Manager Self Service and continuous automation
Work closely with the knowledge management team to actively review the effectiveness of existing knowledge articles, and provide inputs on how to continuously improve information availability
Actively seek feedback from across the business and HR stakeholders, and contribute to transformation initiatives that continuously improve and streamline HR processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain or exceed service quality standards
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in customer service
Experience in HR administration or shared services will be an advantage
Experience with service center technologies, HR information systems or applicant tracking systems will be an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Traditional Chinese
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Customer focused mindset and positive learning attitude
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders cross-culturally and at different organizational levels
Superior organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
