The APAC HR Operations team provides a full range of regional HR operational services including, but not limited to payroll, employee benefits, health & safety, onboarding & off-boarding, immigration, data management & Management Information Systems linked with global HR systems as well as local time & attendance tracking and benefit administration. Join our team to provide exceptional service to our employees and their needs, simplifying and automating complex processes. You will partner with support teams in India and the Philippines in delivering a superior HR experience, ensuring that processes are fully standardized and optimized, yet in compliance with local regulatory requirements. The team supports APAC HR projects and initiatives depending on the types of organisational, regulatory, legal, or operational changes that operations need to accommodate & implement.

Job responsibilities:

  • Deliver key product initiatives as part of the APAC HR Operations team, contributing to the evolution of the function as well as other Infrastructure-related activities
  • Oversee readiness of functions and partner with corporate centre and local operational teams to execute a continuous change agenda of process improvement and simplification activities
  • Establishing solid working relationships with sponsors and business stakeholders
  • Advise on functional projects focused on process improvement and improving controls
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans with a product-focused mindset and an understanding of the product model.
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Drive regional engagement with stakeholders, working closely with APAC HR Operations leads to execute deliverables
  • Compose internal communication drafts related to internal processes, events and developments
  • Manage multiple concurrent operational changes/ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development and business analysis
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Coordinate budget, costing and resource planning activities

  • Superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 8 years of experience in product or project management
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communications (both verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent Client Relationship skills; ability to identify, build and maintain relationships both within HR and externally to deliver success
  • Strong risk and internal control mindset, and risk management experience
  • Strong ownership and accountability of people, process, financial, and strategy
  • Strong process management mindset with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Strong regulatory awareness, ensuring that the Firm is operating and reporting within requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience working in a product environment preferred
  • HR Operations and Payroll background preferred
  • Experience in Automation tools preferred
