About the Role

The APAC CMI G100 Lead is a strategic commercial leadership role responsible for driving growth, solution adoption, and revenue acceleration across NIQ's largest Global 100 FMCG clients in the Asia Pacific region. This role owns the Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) growth agenda, leading go-to-market strategies, key client engagements, regional business planning, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize commercial impact.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to regional and global client stakeholders while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, Innovation, RMS, and Delivery teams to deliver sustainable business growth and strengthen NIQ's market leadership position across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Own the APAC CMI business plan and revenue growth strategy for G100 FMCG clients. 
  • Identify and prioritize high-value client opportunities and define the optimal solution portfolio. 
  • Build and execute regional go-to-market strategies targeting key client decision-makers and global/regional headquarters. 

Business Development

  • Lead strategic client engagements, major proposals, and multi-market RFPs.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across CMI, Analytics & Advisory, Innovation, RMS, and Qualitative solutions.
  • Develop senior client relationships that translate into sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.

Market & Product Leadership

  • Partner with Global Product teams to influence product strategy and ensure APAC market needs are represented. 
  • Lead solution commercialization and adoption across priority clients and markets. 
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to strengthen commercial effectiveness. 

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as the regional connector across Sales, Product, Delivery, and Client Success teams. 
  • Build a high-performing G100 community that promotes best practice sharing, capability building, and execution excellence. 
  • Ensure visibility of revenue performance, opportunities, risks, and growth plans across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the insights industry.  
  • Agency side experience is a must. Client-side experience is a plus 
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, professionalism. 
  • Ability to capture client needs effectively and translate it to the unique NIQ solution portfolio 
  • Able to effectively communicate in a cross-cultural environment 
  • Expert in FMCG consumer research in APAC 
  • Collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in a fast changing environment and engage with client stakeholders are key
