- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and compliance due diligence on new and existing customers, payment entities, shipping locations, and freight forwarders.
- Perform detailed KYC (Know Your Customer) analysis, including reviewing organizational structures, geographical locations, shareholder percentages, and relationships among headquarters, parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
- Analyze export activities, SIPs and PEPs’ records, third-party screening results, sanctions lists, and financial records to identify potential compliance or regulatory risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance standards and support supply chain risk mitigation efforts.
- Prepare and report compliance findings along with risk mitigation recommendations to management.
- Support various ad-hoc compliance assignment or projects as needed.
