Are you a detail-oriented leader with a strong accounts payable background? In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, and lead the Accounts Payable team while maintaining strong financial controls.
What You’ll DoOversee full-cycle accounts payable operations
Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and payment eligibility
Partner with internal teams to resolve AP issues
Ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment
Review reports, maintain financial controls, and oversee reconciliations to the general ledger
Support internal and external audits
Lead, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members
Conduct performance reviews and support hiring and training efforts
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
5+ years of accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibility
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GL reconciliations
Oracle Retail/Finance experience preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
