What we’re looking for
Deep understanding of SOX-ready processes, controls, and audits.
Proven ability to design and run procure-to-pay processes end-to-end.
Comfortable operating hands-on as an IC while building for future scale.
Structured, pragmatic, and able to bring clarity without bureaucracy.
Exposure to global vendor environments and high transaction volumes.
Preferred: Experience as Head of Accounts Payable, AP Manager, or P2P Lead in large and complex tech companies.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process at Lovable.
Ensure AP processes are audit-ready and aligned with SOX-level expectations.
Drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual work and errors.
Act as the main partner to Finance, Legal, and stakeholders across the company.
Lead level invoice approvals
Influencer and affiliates spend governance
Expense and reimbursement workflows
Travel management (candidates and employees)
Benefits administration, parental leave, and friskvård (Swedish wellness)
