Responsibilities:
Account Payable:
• Check and process employees’ reimbursement and vendors’ payment.
• Handle AP accounting and month-end closing.
• Communicate with relevant parties to solve the payment issue on a timely basis.
• Prepare reports as required by line manager.
• Ensure proper document filing.
• Support in internal and external audit for the responsible area.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
GL & Reporting:
• Responsible for general ledger accounting, and regular accounts reconciliation, BS review etc.
• Ensure accounts and ledger of company in line with IFRS and PRC GAAP requirement.
• Perform monthly closing and reporting tasks, to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports in compliance with both Group and statutory requirements.
• Responsible for fixed asset accounting, including monthly entries, fixed asset ledger reconciliation and physical management/counting.
• Responsible for monthly and yearly tax filing, support on communication with local tax authority if necessary.
Support to liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree in finance or accounting;
- 3+ years’ experience in AP in MNC;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Strong analytical skills - able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong working knowledge of cost accounting and analysis.
- Self-motivated and good communication.
- Enjoy new challenges, streamlining work, identifying areas for improvement, and following through to drive related changes.
- Good China GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
- Self-motivated individual with strong integrity and high responsibility.
