As a more senior Accountant, your will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of all AP operations. Additional you will support the Account Manager with various tasks such as preparing VAT declarations and other legal requirements, managing general ledger activities and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities

· E-invoicing

· Follow up purchase orders

· Process Supplier invoices

· Accruals

· Account reconciliations

· Respond to vendor issues and solve invoice

problems

· Vendor payments (Isabel, BNP, Barclays)

· Daily entries of Bank Statements

· Prepare and send Intrastat declarations

· Prepare and File VAT declarations

· Complete Statistics for the National Bank

· Assist during internal and external audits

· Monthly and annual closing activities

· Support Accounting Manager for various

requests

· Ad Hoc requests
 

Requirements

· Min 5 years’ experience

· ERP: JDE, Power Bi, Isabel (knowledge OneStream is a plus)

· Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· French, Dutch & English
