Job Description
Accounts Payable - the primary mission of Accounts Payable is to ensure accurate disbursement of payments to Rockwell vendors that is compliant with regulatory requirements, and Rockwell procedures.
Accounts Payable supports Global Finance Operations' mission by commitment to provide world class process, which is efficient, reliable and delivered.
AP Disbursement Analyst - you will be allocated in disbursement team who is a part of the Accounts Payable department. This team focuses on implementing payments and ensuring that payments are transfer to our suppliers.
Challenges waiting for you:
- Payment proposals preparation,
- Regular and manual payments processing for 3rd party vendors, intercompany and employees,
- Payment reports handling, errors and payment rejections review,
- Payment documentation preparation (bank reports, system reports),
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues,
- Cooperation with treasury teams located in different regions and with contact points from banks.
- Approval for urgent payment
- Reconcile clearing account,
- Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.
Your qualifications:
- Fluent English is a must (min. level B2),
- University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or experience in payroll, disbursements, banking institution or accounts payable required,
- 2+ years of experience with accounts payable process, accounting principles and regulations.
- SAP knowledge - value added
- Knowledge about banking system worldwide - value added
- Work according to agreed schedule,
