Key Responsibilities
- Oversee AP operations performed by the external BPO partner, take a QA role over high-risk process.
- Monitor service delivery against contracted SLAs, KPIs, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the BPO provider and drive corrective actions where performance gaps are identified.
- Ensure AP activities are executed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as the escalation point for complex operational issues, exceptions, and service disruptions.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and establish sustainable solutions.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize AP processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or best-practice methodologies.
- Support automation initiatives, including OCR, workflow tools, e-invoicing, and RPA solutions.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Support the design, implementation, and stabilization of new AP processes.
- Lead process reviews to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Document and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and governance standards.
- Drive standardization initiatives across treasury activities managed by the service provider.
- Participate in transformation programs and digitalization initiatives (AI implementation)
- Support AP-related system implementations, upgrades, and process transformations.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities, and operational readiness assessments.
- Act as the AP subject matter expert for the BPO provider.
- Develop and coordinate training programs for new processes, controls, systems, and policy updates.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Accounting/Business administration degree or similar.
- Significant experience in AP Operations, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
- Experience managing outsourced service providers, BPO relationships, or global business services environments.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, banking operations, cash management, payments, and reconciliations.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in finance department, focused in AP area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Team players offer support to others, and adaptability to change to support where needed within the team.
- Quick learner.
- Ability to work under pressure, teamwork, detail and service orientation
- Excellent Excel skills.
- High level of English is a must.

Skills Required
- Accounting or Business Administration degree, or similar
- Significant experience in accounts payable operations, shared services, or finance operations
- Experience managing outsourced service providers, BPO relationships, or global business services environments
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, banking operations, cash management, payments, and reconciliations
- Three to four years of finance department experience focused on accounts payable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- High level of English proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and service orientation
