Requirements
Qualification and Education - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in automation, VBA, Python, AI, or similar
technologies applied to business processes
- Strong understanding of data management, UI development, and
backend coding
- Proven ability to work independently on complex, standalone
automation projects
- Familiarity with multi-country data hosting and process optimization
- Continuous learner passionate about adopting cutting-edge
automation tools and techniques

Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation, preferred
VBA, RPA, AI, OCR, JavaScript, power automate or similar technologydriven
process improvement
- Experience managing large data sets and deploying real-time solutions
across multiple countries (Hong Kong, India, Philippines)
- Proven track record of independently delivering standalone
automation projects in a business process environment
- Experience reviewing and optimizing processes to design hands-free,
accurate automation solutions
- Exposure to working in environments without direct integration to
customer systems
Skills and Knowledge :
Proficient with automation platforms like UiPath, Automation
Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar
- Strong understanding of data management systems, UI design, and
complex backend coding
- Ability to recommend and implement latest automation tools and AIdriven
technologies (OCR, data extraction)
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBA, Python or JavaScript
for automation tasks
- Familiarity with cloud data stores and multi-country hosting
considerations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and a self-driven
mindset for independent work
- Basic experience in cloud / Microsoft Azure is an advantage
