AP & AR Supervisor

Position Summary

As an AP/AR Supervisor, your main role is to collect all supporting documents for the indirect material supplier process and trat them using an accounting information system in accordance with the company's accounting standards and Ensure sales invoicing with the necessary documents

Your Role:

• Accounts payable
• -  Follow-up and check of supplier invoices.
• -  Reconciliation of the accounting situation with the supplier statements.
• -  Ensure invoice Classification of invoices
• -  Create accounts payable
• Accounts Receivable
• -  Update & Monitoring of sales prices.
• -  Customer account management.
• -  Customer account monthly reconciliation.

​Your Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• good accounting and SAP knowledge
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
