Opening Paragraph:Located within Itron Global Business Services, based in Mahon, Cork, the successful candidate will join our Accounts Payable team, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Senior Team Lead.
- Ensure supplier invoices are booked accurately and to the correct cost centers, hitting assigned volume and accuracy performance targets.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. Work to resolve Invoice Discrepancies promptly
- Uses office automated systems to input data (Oracle ERP)
- General administrative duties.
- Ensure assigned AP mailboxes are monitored and followed up promptly.

- This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment
- Fluent both written and spoken English.
- Oracle experience is an advantage
- Previous similar Multinational environment will be an advantage
- 1-2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Any additional language will be an advantage.
