If you have:
- Preference is given to an individual having previous office experience with High School or College training in accounting
- Must possess brisk, efficient work pace and the ability to complete assignments with accuracy
- Must have well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Must have direct experience with a Microsoft Windows-based operating environment
- Ability to learn and use multiple software systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and find errors
Responsibilities to include:
- Responsible for front desk, backup purposes only
- Provide assistance to the Accounts Payable Department, and other Accounting Departments
- Vouch checks and EFTs for accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Verbal and Written communication with vendors and coworkers to attain resolutions including payment status
- Assist with Customer and Bank audits
- Miscellaneous task as assigned by Accounting Payable Supervisor

- 90% sitting
- 10% standing and walking
- Miscellaneous lifting of up to 25 lbs. from ground level to waist and shoulder height

Skills Required
