We are looking for an AP Accountant to join core team of our Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service.
What we can offer you
You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across Europe. You will be taking a key role in the daily AP operations for European entities, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of AP processes to provide the best in class service
to our European businesses.
Your main tasks
Being one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw
Participation in establishing centralized process in SSC in PTP area
Stabilizing the migrated process
Ensuring the smooth running of the PTP function
Responsibility for effective delivery of payables activities such as invoice posting, invoice processing, payments, archiving
Balance sheet reconciliation - analysis and review of the balance sheet items
Verifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviations
Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
Maintenance and enhancement of JDE structure, in line with the business needs
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Preparing reports and analysis
Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
min. 2 years in similar position as P2P, PTP, AP Accountant in SSC/BPO environment
hands on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications
knowledge of polish accounting regulations
knowledge of JDE will be a big advantage
good English level
flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
excellent communication skills and self-motivation
